There is broad thermal amplitude of about 14  \u00baC between day and night .This phenomenon allows grapes to achieve great tannic concentration which provides structure to high quality wines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Soils are alluvial with deep stretches that go from clay soils to sandy-loam westbound.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wines from this region present fruity notes, especially ripe plum. In addition, spices such as black pepper are revealed and they hold a mild mineral expression.
