WINERY

Emerging from the earth, following the architectural style that simulates the folding from which the building emerges, our winery is designed to offer a novel and sensory experience to visitors.

OUR WINERY

The principles on which we built our project are: RESPECT FOR NATURE, INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY.

The winery features a dedicated wine tourism area on the upper floor, with a capacity for 30 people, offering panoramic views of the Andes Mountains and a balcony overlooking the tank and barrel rooms.
It is also accessible to people with mobility difficulties. On the ground floor, you'll find the tasting room, equipped with a sophisticated multimedia system to provide a unique sensory experience.
To reinforce our commitment to sustainability, we are investing in renewable energy. The winery has installed solar panels, which will help reduce our electricity consumption. This is another step towards sustainability. sostenibilidad.

FORM, FUNCTION AND SYNTHESIS, INTEGRATION INTO THE LANDSCAPE, AUSTERITY AND ELEGANCE, are all part of the same architectural concept that defines ANAIA WINES . ANAIA WINES.

CONCRETE MATES

Our concrete Mates are truly one of a kind.

These amphorae, designed by our team, allow us to ferment and age wines in a distinctive way. Their 60-degree inclination ensures continuous contact between solids and liquids throughout the process.

This world-class, highly innovative technology enables us to craft wines without subjecting them to any form of stress.

The use of oak is achieved through micro-vinifications and/or aging in French oak barrels and foudres of 500 liters and 4,500 liters respectively, with the aim of moderating its influence on the winemaking process. These are used in the lines Gran Anaia y Grand Assemblage.
