OUR WINES

Crafting a wine at Anaia is, above all, an act of listening. Our philosophy is rooted in the vineyard—walking through Agrelo and understanding how the terroir shapes each cluster. We do not seek to intervene, but rather to guide the process so that each wine reaches the glass with its identity fully intact.
Each range represents a different interpretation of that origin—a journey that moves from the simple and spontaneous to the more complex and profound, always with concrete as a key ally in preserving freshness, texture, and purity of expression.
At Anaia, we do not follow trends—we pursue authenticity. Each wine is an invitation to discover the true character of its place.

The harvest point is determined through sensory observation, where organoleptic criteria guide every decision.
Harvesting and grape selection are entirely manual, allowing us to work in blocks and preserve the identity of each section. The grapes are transported in 16-18 kg crates to ensure their quality until they reach the winery.
Each line reflects different levels of work and dedication from the team at each stage of the process.
Concrete is a central element of our winemaking: its porosity promotes the natural evolution of the wine, contributing balance, texture, and an expression marked by roundness and minerality.
